By using the Leadumi app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity in your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything illegal, to send spam or unwanted messages, to store or send harmful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service.
4. Your data
You own the leads you enter, and you are responsible for having the right to store them and to contact the people in them. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The app, website and their design and code belong to xChanze.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, xChanze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
