This policy explains how xChanze ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the Leadumi app ("the app"). If you have questions, contact [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Account information

Your email address, and either a password (stored only as a secure hash) or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.

Profile and settings

Your country, your industry, the app language, your phone's time zone and your notification preferences.

Leads you enter

The details you record about your leads: names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, ID numbers, important dates, company, notes, tags and deal details. You choose what to record and are responsible for having the right to store it.

Device and usage information

Your IP address, a history of sign-ins (time, method and IP address), and your approximate country from your IP address, used to suggest your country when you set up the app.

Notifications

A Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can send you reminders.

2. How we use information

• To provide the app: store your leads and send the reminders you choose (follow-ups, birthdays, anniversaries).
• To keep accounts secure: detect suspicious sign-ins and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send service emails, such as email verification, password resets and account deletion confirmations.
• To understand how the app is used, through statistics that do not identify anyone.

3. Advertising

The app shows no ads.

4. App permissions

• Contacts: used only when you choose to add leads from your contacts. Only the contacts you pick are saved.
• Location: used only if you tap "use my location" to set your country.
• Notifications: used to send your reminders.
• Fingerprint or face unlock: used only on your device for the app lock, if you turn it on.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app, and only for that purpose:

• Google: Firebase (notifications) and Google sign-in.
• Cloudflare, our network provider.
• Our cloud hosting and email providers.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Data retention

Information is kept while your account is active. After you delete your account, we may keep certain information where the law allows, for example for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app at Settings → Delete account, or by emailing[email protected] from your account's email address.

When you delete your account in the app, your email, password and Google sign-in are removed immediately and all your sessions are signed out. Requests by email are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

8. Security

All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, your leads are visible only to your account, and access to production systems is restricted to authorised staff.

9. Children

The app is meant for professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing[email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
